The daily price of City Penthouse for two people is 85 euros.
This fee may be subject to change during fairs and events, and in this case you may be required to pay when booking through bank transfer or credit card.
The Bill must be settled directly upon arrival, even by credit card.
In case of cancellation, cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival with 50% will be charged. In the case of a non-cancellation within the time indicated the amount of the whole stay will be charged.

Main house rules
- Check-in from 15:00 up to 19:00pm kindly informing the expected arrival time
- Agree in advance check-in after 19:00 or other special requests
- Check-Out: 11.00 am Late check-out available on request
- Dispose of household waste in accordance with the rules laid down by the city of San Donato Milanese and reported in the brochure available in the apartment
- Is not allowed to smoke inside Cozy Penthouse (if necessary use balconies/terraces)
- Pets not allowed
- Prohibited parties/events
